How to use your Visual Notes & Illustrations

Here are some ideas of how you can use your completed images. Swag items can be created before or after your event to make custom calendars, pens, event banners, tote bags, posters, post cards, place mats, mouse pads, mugs.

Wall Posters
After your event, you may want to ship back and hang the full-size event posters on your office walls. Alternatively, you can print the digital images that we send you. (To get some context on event vs. digital images click here).
24” x 36” or 22” x 28” are nice sizes for posters that will be hung on the wall in the office. (Images may be printed up to 36” x 48”. The larger you print your poster, the more the image sharpness will reduce).
Meeting Placemats
18” x 24” is a nice size for a “placemat” for meeting, when one poster is being shared by all participants for discussion purposes.
Post Cards
8” x 10” or down to 4” x 6” are good sizes to share images around with a team. These can be printed on card stock. (Smaller poster text won’t always be easily visible at theses sizes, but main images, colors, and themes will be).
Printing Guidelines
You can print images on foam board, laminated poster board, or card stock, depending on how you believe you will hang, post or use the the printed images.
Select the backing (foam board, card stock or poster), finish (semi-gloss is recommended), and lamination.
NOTE: Carefully check your image and order settings before printing large quantities of items. We highly recommend printing one sample before mass production.
