FULL DAY (ON-SITE)
A customized recording of your meeting or event. Illustrations completed on foam-core boards or large-scale rollable banners.
A full-day on site with up to 8 hours of non-continuous illustrated note-taking. Pre-meeting coordination, set-up, and post-meeting debriefing and documentation included.
From $1,950 per day
HALF DAY (ON-SITE)
A half-day on site with up to 4 hours of non-continuous illustrated note-taking. Pre-meeting coordination, set-up, and post-meeting debriefing and documentation included.

Graphic Facilitation pricing
1 DAY (ON-SITE)
A customized interactive facilitated session. Illustrations completed on foam-core boards or large-scale rollable banners.
A full-day on site with up to 8 hours of non-continuous illustrated note-taking and facilitation. Pre-meeting coordination, set-up, and post-meeting debriefing and documentation included.
From $4,000 per day
Note: The prices above do not include travel costs or materials. If our local illustrator is available, travel costs are for mileage and parking. If an illustrator or illustrators need(s) to fly in for your event other costs will be incurred. For a one day event these are typically $800-$1,200.
