The below describes our Minimum requirements for poster & Marker event set ups.

Poster Boards with Markers Footprint

We need 2' by 5' of floor space to move around in front of the poster boards (this is if the 40" x 60" poster board is adhered directly to a hard surface). 

We need 2' by 5' of floor space to move around in front of the poster boards + room for an easel (this is if we are sitting the posters on display easels). Easels are usually 3' x 3' - sometimes it works well to put the easel and board in a corner. 

Needed from event space: A smooth hard surface that we can adhere to, or an easel. (If adhering to a surface white gaffer tape would be great). It is also nice to have a small table with a 24" by 24" surface to store markers, but it is not necessary.

Banner with Markers Footprint 

We need 2' by (whatever length of banner we decide - typically about 60”) of floor space to move around in front of the banner (the banner must be adhered directly to a hard surface). 

Needed from event space: a hard surface that I can adhere to, white gaffer tape (if possible); It is also nice to have a small table with a 24" by 24" surface to store markers, but it is not necessary.

Post-event Digital Illustrations

Photos of event posters are great to see people’s interaction with the posters but don’t fully capture the rich colors and whites of our poster art - even after some digital retouching.

At Bright Ink, after each event we digitally illustrate every poster so that they may be printed, shared, or used to create event swag.
